Ask for electricity rates and price of the gas, also if the site fee is included and how much they are yearly, all our chargeable utilities are pre pay to ensure you don’t get any large bills. At Twin Ayre Country Park we include the site fee and a starter pack, but we can discuss that with you.

11. Find out the average price of insurance, we advise using Howdens Insurance, they are a great broker whom go to the market and in our experience find the best price.
12. Find out where the shops are, we have a local shop less than 5 minutes away but also accept deliveries, many of our customers have deliveries from supermarkets.
13. Speak to other owners on the park. The owners will be honest and have all been in your situation, why not have a walk around and speak to people. We have customers who have been with us over 40 years.
14. Check about age restrictions onsite, Twin Ayre Country Park does not have any age restrictions on site, all we ask is that caravans are maintained. This means that you can keep your holiday home and do not have to look at large costs to replace down the line.
